- E-mail address – for communicating with you and sending our reply
- Phone number (optional) – for scheduling a phone consultation
- Company name (if provided) – for tailoring our proposal
- Content of your message – for responding to your enquiry
Completing the form is voluntary. We process only the data you actually provide.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and establishing contact
- Preparing and delivering a quotation
- Conducting consultations regarding our services
The legal basis for each processing activity, pursuant to Article 6(1) GDPR, is as follows:
- Article 6(1)(f) – Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and contact requests is a legitimate interest of Cortexa Systems Ltd.;
- Article 6(1)(b) – Pre-contractual steps: preparing a quotation and conducting pre-contractual activities at your request.
4. Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of your enquiry or, where a business relationship arises, for the duration of that relationship and thereafter for the period required by law (for commercial documents: 8 years under Act C of 2000 on Accounting – Hungarian Accounting Act). If no business engagement follows from your enquiry, we delete your data within 24 months of the date of contact. You may request erasure or object to processing at any time; we will delete your data without undue delay unless there is a legal ground for retention.
5. Processors
To operate this website and handle form submissions, we engage a hosting and form-processing service provider. Data submitted via the contact form is transmitted to us through that provider's systems. The provider processes your data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service and does not process it on its own account.
Hosting and form-processing provider: Netlify, Inc. (United States). The transfer of personal data to a third country (United States) takes place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), of which Netlify, Inc. is a certified participant.
